How do I earn Points: -

The Point system is based on your activity on the site. The Below list displays the amount of points you earn for the respective activities.

User related

1.    A new User - 10 Points
2.    Invite a friend – 10 points per invite
3.    Invite with success – 25 points

Articles Related

1.    Submit an article/news/coverage etc – 70 points
2.    Reader to author – ( The author of the article gets points when a user  reads it, so if 100 people read the article, the author gets 500 points) – 5 points
3.    Read Article – ( User gets points when he reads an article ) – 2 points
4.    Vote Article – ( User gets points when he votes an article ) – 4 points

Blogs related
Post new blog – 25 points

Forum Related
1.    Post a reply on any thread/topic in the forums – 2 points
2.    Post a new topic – 5 points

Comments
Posting comments on articles/videos/downloads/blogs/events – 2 points

Event related
Add an event – List an upcoming event – 25 points

Videos Related
1.    Add a video from youtube and other sites – 50 points
2.    Upload your own video on live2own server – 25 points
3.    View video – 5 points
That’s why it’s better to upload clips, videos on youtube first and then add the link here 

Gallery Related
1.    Comment on a photo – 2 points
2.    Add a new gallery photo – 5 points
3.    Vote Gallery photo – 4 points
4.    Send the photo to a friend – 4 points

Community Related
1.    Accept Friendship – User get points when he accepts friends requests -2 points
2.    Add as a friend – 2 points
3.    Offer friendship - points when a user sends a friend request which was accepted – 5 points
4.    Remove Friendship – 0 points
5.    Wall Post – Points for posting on profile walls/groups walls/album walls – 2 points
6.    Remove album photo –    -3 points
7.    Upload avatar to your profile – 1 point
8.    Upload photo to your album – 5 points

Group Related
1.    Create a group – 10 points
2.    Join a group – 5 points
3.    Owner user points ( Owner of the group gets points when user joins a group ) – 3 points

Miscellaneous
1.    Click banner – User gets one point on clicking banner
2.    Answering a poll – 5 points
